It was worth the long wait after all. The technical idea of this picture lies mostly on her feet. You often see super-heroines wearing high heels with tight diamond tips. Well as most would already tell you that's not only impractical but murder on your feet when you're a certified ass-kicker. So in this case I like having Launa in what can be described as "Slightly-elevated open-toed long boots" for the specific reason is that these are the shoes fighter females should wear, provides more stomping force and comes in handy for running and sprinting without having to worry about twisting your ankle. Well onto the story...
Tricksters from all over the world are known for just that, trickery. Never around (as least as far as I know) ever raised a hand in battle or throw themselves in the midst of a fight. But so often there are a few that take the charge, Warrior Tricksters are that kind. They play their little games while laying waste in with cold steel the next. Launa earned that title through hard work that involves discipline, agonizing training that mere athletes would die from and all of that without a single ounce of magic. Xian-Tsu though not a master himself taught her the ways he was taught himself. Despite their "sizes" Launa learned the ways to utilize her body in ways never imagined.
Even as a overgrown mountain of muscle as a result of the Ooau tea plant, Xian-Tsu learned how to fight even with such a body even when it was physically impossible to do so. Launa learned the same way before and after her treatment that made her into what she is today. Think of it as martial arts for the really REALLY large. Even in modern times, Launa still trains with the original skills her friend/master taught her along with other acquired skills and her sword-handling from her viking skills.
One of the most frustrating tasks for her to do is the hard high kicks, They involve her raiding a construction site, "borrowing" a few girders and take them to an open field where she throws one in the air and with her fast upward kick, kicks the girder so hard it bends before it gets a chance to shoot back up in which Launa doesn't want to see much. She looks for three things:
-The speed of her kick: How fast she can move her leg up
-The force of the kick: By how bent the girder is after impact
-Targeting the foot to the girder the moment it comes at the right height to strike. It's like hitting a baseball.
And she does this with fifty girders for this she bent 20, shot up 5, 15 got really sharp bents and 10 she actually missed which was the targeting problem when she tosses those things hundreds of feet in the air. The benefits for doing this is for better targeting for her kick attacks, really works out her leg muscles and flexibility and better makes use of eye-body coordination. She can do many things in a fight so the best idea for her is to not be on the receiving end of those kicks
