Satsurou: Big Fat Bottom Girl

This is what I've been waiting for so long and it was worth it. This was in set to the the complementary piece to go with #27 Fatty Catty. Where Launa has been stung by a bug which causes her to eat and get fatter faster than she can take in so that a bigger bug can suck her dry.

In the end she did defeat the massive bug but after sucking most but half of her body which resulted in something like this. Now Launa has to find a way to loose all that fat while being really bottom heavy.
