Busty Beat: The Dragon of Bangor-Harper Island

Bangor-Harper Island is a relatively large island inhabited by three towns: Harper Island, Vaulden and Galilei. The combined population somewhat under 15,000 it gets its imports from the mainland while having developing a self-sustaining environment from farming and as a fishing and as a half-way point for international exports coming into the mainland. That often leads to a onslaught of small crimes that brew in the ports of Harper Island, the largest of the three and that calls for the mayor to expand the police force. There are a few able-bodied officers that participated but out of the five hundred cadets who jumped in on becoming part of the force, only a abysmal third of them actually make it.

There is one thing that I forgot to mention about the island, and that is the population is primarily of humans and dragons both greater (four-legged) and lesser (anthropomorphic) alike. What does this have to do with low rate that made it into the force other than the harsh training tactics that are better suited for the military? It gave attention to bringing into the Harper Island police department the first female dragon officer and with it the controversy. This is the story of the top-heavy officer, Persephone Salem and her stories on and off the force.

Part One:
Growing Up and Out

Her name is Persephone Salem, the middle hatchling to his older brother Anza and younger sister Jami. She grew up in the Salem clan of dragons that lived on Bangor Island since the early 1800's and before the municipal merger that created Bangor-Harper Island. Living well with the neighboring human towns and lives. Persephone grew up in the Bangor town of Galilei up until her high school graduation when she moved out of the island for the mainland for college, she graduated with a major in social science and a minor in investigative work for reasons in that registration was running out fast in her college and it was the only one available at the time. While she was away, the islands of Bangor and Harper merged to become what it is today for a period of need for economic growth and it worked but then things nearly turned for the worst when the mainland government installed a international half-way port for passengers and cargo for the island. Many thought it would be a good thing but it soon brought criminals into the once peaceful city.

When homesickness kicked in, Persephone returns home only to find out that the neighboring island of Harper is being overrun with these dangerous elements so while she may have returned to Galilei, didn't say there for long and moved to Harper Island to see if she can really make a difference and puts that investigative minor to real good use. Prior to her return, Persephone has been working out during her college years and took up wrestling as a hobby to combat he harshness the mainland has given her since. That added and while most women "blossomed" into womanhood, Persephone's went off like a car bomb. Leaving as a slender, normal girl into a hyper-voluptuous and muscular woman. She really has grown up well over the years feeling ready to take on the baddie elements that nearly dominate these once peaceful islands.

Part Two:
Dragon in the Force

Persephone just can't take on the bad guys on her own, at least not committing illegal acts on her own. There was only one police force that is still able to control the crime but not wipe them out. It was her time to decide if she wanted to join the police force on the very epicenter of the crime that stems throughout the two islands. Harper Island. Her decision wasn't immune to opposition from her friends and family most of them would tell Persephone that there are no dragons for a reason though it was a flat out lie to keep someone of her stature from humiliating them. Others say that she isn't though enough to fight them, was all the times being a college-level wrestler go in vain? Not to her and disregards the objection from her family to move to Harper Island.

There she has spent a few days in the city getting adjusted to the metropolitan styled atmosphere even for a island town and got her first taste of the criminal element by getting mugged on the street, though it was stupid at first to chase after a robber after he steals your purse but if you're a dragoness like Persephone, the robber didn't even stand a chance and waited for the police to arrive while she was pinning the robber against the wall with her massive breasts. The dirty ground was less dignifying. Afterwards this leads her up to finding the central police house and her wanting to be a police officer. Though the commanding officer did laugh at the aspect of seeing a woman like her become a police officer, Persephone didn't back down until the commander opts for her to be put in the toughest training program the island ever has in hopes that she'll quit in the first week alone and counted on it.

Persephone meets with the training officer at the academy which with her includes fifty other officers who wanted to join the force. The next few weeks where grueling even for her that the training methods where the same as the ones you would find in the military. The commanding officer visited the training grounds and is shocked to discover that out of the fifty people who entered the program only seven made it and Persephone is one of them being stronger than she was before and tough enough to take on anything. It wasn't long before Harper Island gets its first female dragon police officer ever. There was a problem though, there was no tailor that could make a uniform fitting for a "large" dragoness so it was up to a friend of hers to make a uniform for her. Though her friend took too much liberty in making the uniform it did had the official colors of the department without compromise unless you count the split skirt and an armless shirt that showed way more cleavage than one should. But that didn't matter to her (the exposed bust at least) but she has a uniform and is ready to go out into the streets on her fist days as an officer.

Part Three:
On The Beat...

Persephone's first beat out on the ports of Harper Island gives her a chance to wonder how in the world did Bangor-Harper Island, a place where the only crime ever committed was a bar brawl that happened fifteen years ago exploded into a criminal hotbed? It was the ports. The government started a external port program to prevent certain imports from making it into the mainland such as illegal drugs and even extreme human trafficking something the government haven't foreseen until it was too late and it was even more too late because of its success from other islands that have participated believing it would bring more wealth. In reality, it only brought trouble and less revenue than expected. Persephone has a ton to handle if she can make a difference in Harper Island.

For the past three years, the dragoness has had tough times dealing with the crime in the city but for those tough moments come many victories as her skills and brute force come hand in hand to take down each and every bad guy who crosses her. Best method is taking them down with a nightstick, taser and even the occasional beatdown complete with breast smothering until unconscious which causes her the most trouble because the men often harass her for for the smothering. Crime since her service dropped by 23 percent in the past years and the rowdy types began to show some respect to her despite her appearance because of what she will do to them. The mainland government noticed this and offered to make Persephone a lead into the new police force for the docks but turns it down for the reason of being restricted to just the docks and not the town that needs her the most.

Part Four:
Conclusion

With a better uniform (one that doesn't expose her nipples much) and married, Sergeant Salem still makes her patrols around the city and comes around to moving into using guns and rifles in some of her assignments. Though the baton will still always be her primary weapon of choice when the situation calls for it. When off-duty she enjoys a large mug of beer with her fellow officers in the Landon pub and bowling down at the lanes. The port is now a peaceful place and crime above simple misdemeanors are wiped out because of the police force's new direction and inspiration coming from Persephone that it will be a cold day in hell before anyone could take their island from them.

Bangor-Harper Island is returning itself back to normal and that leaves time for the first female dragon cop to come back to Galilei to see her family who has changed after all the accomplishments are now happy to see her and they couldn't have been more proud of their daughter. From the time of this documentary, there are sources that Persephone and her husband Daven are expecting their first child soon, so she'll have to take it easy on her busts before the third trimester kicks in.
