Avencri: Meet Mnemosyne

In Solterra, the practice of people owning strong, strange and exotic pets still exists. Except there are now strict guidelines of owning and caring for the type of pet that you never would expect to have. Some care for wolves, others care for tigers, alligators and even elephants if they want to providing they can prove they are responsible enough and know of the dangers.

In the Solterran Alliance, specifically on the United Continents of Earth, it's legal to care for a wild lycan. There are two types of lycan (werewolves, werehyenas, werecoytoes, etc) roaming around: The Modern type, the sentient, half-instinct type that walk freely among the rest of the populace in peace including the tribal types and then you have the wild ferals. The types of werewolves who aren't fully developed and with limited mental capacity of a human. Think of them as 25 percent human, 75 wolf. The main characteristics of wild types is that they don't change back which makes the debate if they should even be called werewolves to begin with.

Anyway, meet Mnemosyne (formally Gallea). One of two pet wild-type werewolves belonging to Xendrian. The other is Ollie.

Unlike getting Ollie through a connected deal to acquire the license Xendrian really has to earn one to get Mnemosyne

She's a very friendly and highly active female who keeps Ollie company while Xen's away on his missions. Always wears her blue collar with a black obsidian tag which will indicate to the authorities that's she's a certified wild type that is safe to walk freely without an owner. UN-certified types get caught and thrown back into the wild.

Loves having her coat brushed by her owner or herself, feeds on red meat twice a day (no not out of a dog dish) and can walk herself. Really loves leaping from building to building. Very careful around people but never aggressive for safety's sake. Mnemosyne's favorite toy is a small stuffed bear she always has a round and loves to play with.

Now to some interesting stuff. With being a werewolf and all, so come with heightened senses, incredible speed and agility and incredible strength like Ollie. She'll break and bend hardened steel if she wants to. In fact she lifted and flipped over a big semi just to get her toy out from under it though it pissed off the driver.
